The girls clothes are paper pieced with Catelynne paper. Her hair and skin are colored with Skin Tone pencils and Prismacolor pencils blended with oderless mineral spirits. The "grass" is Catelynne paper cut at the top with Deckle Scissors, then little "blades" created with baby Kai scissors (hard to see the "blades" in this photo). The sky was made using Seascape Palette ink, a template cut with Cloud Scissors and a hydrasponge. The button for the balloon came from the Lemonade Buttons and Blossoms. 
The card above is 4x8 and fits into the envelopes that are specially made for The Angel Company.
After I got home, I decided to make another card that was a "normal" A2 size. Here's how that one turned out. Oops! I think I need a bigger button, don't you?!?! ;-)
