The paper is DCWV Brights and white ultrasmooth. I used a 3/4" Clever Lever Punch for the circles. The inks are Giverney Green and Reflection Blue Palette Ink. I also used misc. ribbon. Allison's Birthday Card
My "baby" girl just turned 12! Yikes! Where has the time gone? Right now she's really into blue/turquoise with lime green polka dots. In fact, she'd like her room painted like that! I knew exactlly what to do for her card this year. ;-) It's not my usual style of card, but it fit her perfectly.
